Copperpot Nuts began as a garage start-up in rural Coldwater, Ontario in 2009. They created their own production facility and launched the brand. All of the nuts are double roasted and hand packaged in small batches. Each bag is 200g.

No.7 Hot Sauce Inc. was founded in 2013 by a husband and wife team named Sandra and Carlos. They manufacture Mexican hot sauces, also known as salsas in Toronto.
Habanero: This No7 Habanero hot sauce started the official line of hot pepper sauces. Being the original and setting the stage for 2013 and the hashtag of #TorontoLikesItHot. The Habanero pepper is coming in at 100,000 to 300,000 on the Scoville scale but has been tamed with the addition of ingredients like carrots, cauliflower, apple cider vinegar and others, allowing the heat and flavour to be equally special in this Original No.7 Blend.
Jalapeño: This is your traditional Salsa Verde, tangy and fresh tasting. Taco night will never see another sauce again! Want a quick guacamole recipe? Just add this sauce to mashed avocados and DONE! Mild in flavour with a Scoville rating of 2,500-8000.
Chipotle: This smoky sauce is medium in heat with a ton of flavour. We call it our grilling sauce and perfect for smoked meat lovers. Order pizza? This is your sauce. As for heat, Chipotle comes in at 2500-10,000 on the Scoville scale.
Cayenne: This sauce is a classic tomato-based salsa & allows the Cayenne pepper to shine with its nutty and toasty flavour profile. We recommend it for steak lovers but like all hot sauces top it on all your favourite foods. Cayenne pepper actually reaches midway on the Scoville scale at 15,000-30,000 heat units. Spicy!!!!
South Carolina Mustard BBQ sauce: If this sauce could talk, it’d keep you entertained all day! We like it with chicken, but we love it with our Pit Fired smoked turkey. The Carbon Bar Chefs also use it as a marinade to spice up any poultry before throwing it on the Q.
