The Brew Chocolate Bar

Created by Centre & Main Chocolates located in Warkworth, this bar balances sweet and bitter notes essential to the flavour of both beer and chocolate, and we've brought them together in an incredible new way.  Spent oats and barley from Bobcaygeon Brewing Co are steeped in Dockside Red Ale and blended into a lush dark milk chocolate.  This innovative bar is perfect on its own and fantastic to explore in pairings with other beers!
