Brewmaster's Selection Subscription FAQ
What is included in the pack?
- You will receive either 2 each of 6 different beers (12 total), or 4 each of 6 different beers (24 total). This will include core, seasonals and small batch creations, including new releases.
Can I purchase this as a gift?
- Yes! We offer 3, 6, and 12 month gift options for both the 12 and 24 pack options.
I received this as a gift and I would like to continue my subscription, how can I do that?
- Shoot us an email at email@example.com and we'll set you up!
Will I know what I am getting ahead of time?
- Yes! Ahead of your delivery we send out a preview of what you are receiving.
What happens if I have other, non-subscription items in my basket as well?
- Don't worry, the other items will not be sent out as a subscription, you will receive them with your first shipment
What are my delivery options?
- Delivery will coincide with our usual home delivery schedule, you can find it in our Shipping and Delivery FAQ page. Alternatively, you can pick it up at our taproom on The Parkway after your billing date. Use coupon code FREEPICKUP if you would like to pick up your order. Note that all subscriptions qualify for $10 flat rate shipping in Ontario or free local home delivery.
How does billing work?
- On the 5th of every month you will be charged for your month's package. Your box will arrive on the next closest delivery day for your area. If you pick up your box, it will be ready for pick up on the 5th.
When will I get my first box?
- Generally your first box will ship shortly after your first order. However, if you order 2 weeks or less before the 5th of the month, your order will ship on the 5th. All subsequent deliveries will be delivered on the 5th. Confused? Here's an example - if you place your first order between July 5 and July 21, your box will ship shortly after your order. If your first order is between July 22 and Aug 5 (14 days), your box will ship on Aug 5th.
Do I need to be home for a delivery?
- Not specifically, someone over the age of 19 must be home to receive it. The person receiving the package must provide valid government ID if requested. Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our taproom! For more information view our shipping policy.

Am I able to swap out beers in the pack?
- At this time, we aren’t accepting any substitutions. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org ahead of your delivery/pick up and we will do our best to accommodate.
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Visit the online portal here to cancel your subscription. Please allow 5 days notice prior to your billing date.
