Share a photo of you and Bob (your favourite Bobcaygeon Brewing beer) on Instagram or Facebook with #BringBob and tag @bobcaygeonbeer plus 3 of your friends for your chance to win Beer for a Year!

Rules and Regulations

1. To enter and to be eligible to win, participants must be a legal resident of Ontario and be nineteen (19) years of age or older. Contest starts at 9:00am July 25, 2022 and closes at 11:59pm on October 10, 2022.
2. To enter the Contest, participants must share a photo on Instagram using the hastag #BringBob in their comment, and tagging 3 other accounts in their comment.  Alternatively, participants can mail a letter including their first name, last name, phone number and email address to Bobcaygeon Brewing Co, Attn: Marketing, 649 The Parkway, Unit 4, Peterborough, ON, K9J 7K2
3. Limit one entry per customer per day.
4. There is 1 (one) grand prize, containing 144 cans of Bobcaygeon Brewing Company Ltd. beer, with 12 cans delivered to a residential address of the winner’s choosing monthly for a 12 month period. Someone who is at least 19 years of age must be available to sign for the delivery.  After two attempts at delivery, the monthly package will be returned to Bobcaygeon Brewing Co where it will be made available for pick up.
5. Winners must answer a skill testing question to claim prize.
6. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. The Prize may not be sold and is not convertible to cash. Bobcaygeon Brewing Company Ltd reserves the right to substitute the Prize in whole or in part.
7. Proof of identification must be provided upon request. In order to be declared a winner, potential winner must first correctly answer a time limited mathematical skill testing question administered by Bobcaygeon Brewing Company. The winners authorize Bobcaygeon Brewing Company to publish and disseminate their first name and city of residence. The winner accepst the Prize as offered and releases Bobcaygeon Brewing Company from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the participation in this Contest and receipt and use of the Prize.
8. By entering this Contest the participants automatically agree to accept and abide by these Rules. All decisions of Bobcaygeon Brewing Company Ltd. with respect to any aspect of this Contest, including without limitation the eligibility of entries, are final and binding on all participants in all matters as they relate to this Contest.
9. All entries become the property of Bobcaygeon Brewing Company Ltd.  Bobcaygeon Brewing Company Ltd.’s collection, use and disclosure of participants’ personal information is carried out in compliance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.F.31. Bobcaygeon Brewing Company Ltd. will not sell, share or otherwise disclose personal information of entrants with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by them to fulfill the above purposes or as permitted or required by law. By entering the Contest, participants consent to the manner of collection, use and disclosure of personal information as per Bobcaygeon Brewing Ltd. Privacy Statement.
10. Bobcaygeon Brewing Company Ltd assumes no responsibility for garbled, lost, late, delayed, destroyed or misdirected email or any computer errors or malfunctions. Bobcaygeon Brewing Company Ltd. is not responsible for any typographical, production or distribution errors that may occur during the Contest or in any Contest material. Bobcaygeon Brewing Company Ltd does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void.
11. No purchase necessary.
12. This Contest is subject to the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada as may be applicable.
13. By entering this Contest you acknowledge these rules and agree to abide by them.
