Our second collaboration with McThirsty’s Pint to bring together our community and raise funds for Otonabee Region Conservation Authority (ORCA). Proceeds from every can and pint purchased will go toward ORCA and the beloved Jackson Creek Trail, which continues to provide so many residents with a place to rejuvenate, exercise, and enjoy nature in
the heart of Peterborough.

This is a Kolsch style, also known as a lagered ale, and was brewed in collaboration with McThirsty’s bartender Dan Longfield. Pouring golden yellow, this Kolsch is clean and crisp with a mild bitterness, perfect for spring.
