Backroads: Brown Ale with Brett

Sometimes it's best to skip the highway and to take the Backroads. It might take longer, but don't all the best things?

Backroads is a mixed fermentation brown ale that provides a beautiful marriage of barnyard funk and cherries, supported firmly by a robust malty background.

Brewed at the end of 2020 this ale was fermented and conditioned with Brettanomyces Lambicus for 12 months before being bottled. Where it was then conditioned for a further 8 months. It's perfect to further cellar or enjoy right away!

7.8% ABV, 500 mL bottle
