Our flagship beer, Northern Lights Hazy IPA is aggressively dry hopped with Mosaic, Citra, and Mandarina Bavaria, Northern Lights bursts with aromas of mango, pineapple, and papaya. Pouring a hazy golden yellow, those juice-filled tropical flavours repeat on the tongue before giving way to a perfectly balanced bitter finish. 

Full-bodied and flavourful, with lively carbonation.  It’s a showstopper.

This Gold Medal winning Red Ale pours a deep mahogany colour, with a generous tan-coloured head. The nose brings a sweet roasted malt character, with underlying citrus and pine notes. Medium bodied, the initial caramel sweetness on the tongue gives way to moderate bitterness.

We added a little seasonal twist to a winter favourite. To make this edition of our Starry Night Chocolate Stout, we added a bunch of orange peel. Chocolate is still the dominant flavour, but the orange peel adds a nice subtle orange brightness. Adds a nice hint of summer to any cold winter night.

We are super excited to announce the return of our bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout, Celestial.

Brewed in the Fall of 2020, we laid this tasty beer to rest in some Basel Hayden bourbon barrels for over a year. During this time, the barrels contributed notes of vanilla, charred-oak and bourbon booziness that are a beautiful compliment to the dark chocolate and cherry notes from the beer.  Rich and robust, this beer is not to be missed.

Pouring a syrupy black with a dark brown head, this is a full bodied beer for sipping and savouring. A perfect gift to be shared over the holidays or cellared and enjoyed years down the road.

Backroads is a mixed fermentation brown ale that provides a beautiful marriage of barnyard funk and cherries, supported firmly by a robust malty background.

Brewed at the end of 2020 this ale was fermented and conditioned with Brettanomyces Lambicus for 12 months before being bottled. Where it was then conditioned for a further 8 months. It's perfect to further cellar or enjoy right away!
